One of the biggest differences I separate myself with in my practice, is how I treat my clients as people. I found early on in the practice of law, an attitude from lawyers to their clients that was very unappealing to me, thus I knew the clients were probably not happy with it! The difference was easy to achieve for me. I serve my clients, and I am service oriented. I also find that returning phone calls friendly and promptly is super important to my clients, and I strive to achieve a level of service in this regard that is second to none.  You will not consult with a “phone answerer” or receptionist/paralegal when you call me. You will speak with me about a game plan, receive an accurate pricing for fees, and ultimately feel glad you chose my firm. This is my goal, and attorney time/service is not delivered equally in this business, so I strive to stand out in this regard.

   The practice of law grows ever more complex each day. There is no way, in my opinion, modern attorneys can competently represent clients in all areas of practice. It's hard enough to stay current in just one area as broad as criminal traffic law in NC. The interplay between DMV, insurance and the courts is overwhelming if you have no experience in these areas.

   That is why my practice is focused in three primary areas: Driving While License Revoked, Speeding and Traffic Tickets, and Marijuana Charges. By cutting out the other areas that I don't have time to keep up with, I'm able to focus  my energy in the complexities of this type representation. This means you get the most effective representation for your case possible. You can be assured you will receive communication and attention that is second to none. My goal is to keep you out of jail, and/or get you back on the road with as little economic and legal impact as possible.
